Error: SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "Certificate Authority Signer", the issuer of the server's security certificate

Problem

This error may occur when a Citrix Receiver (ICA) Windows client system connects to a Citrix server with SHA-256 SSL certificate installed.

Error: SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "Certificate Authority Signer", the issuer of the server's security certificate

Cause

The Citrix Receiver (ICA) installed on a Windows client system does not support SHA-256 signature algorithm and need to be updated.

Solution

To resolve this issue, the Citrix Receiver (ICA) on Windows client system must be running "Receiver for Windows 3.4."
